Ring Resizing Service

We offer ring resizing so your jewelry fits just right. Before you place a resizing request, here are a few things to know:

Resizing works well on rings with simpler band designs, such as solitaires and halos. Eternity bands cannot be resized, as the stones run all the way around the band.
We resize rings made from gold, platinum and other precious metals only. Sterling silver and stainless steel rings are not eligible.
Resizing is available for rings valued at $500 or more.
We can go up or down by up to 2 sizes. Since we only work on the bottom of the band, resizing from the shoulder or shank is not possible.
The number of diamonds on your ring stays the same. We do not add or remove stones during resizing.
Resizing requests must be submitted within 90 days from the date your order was delivered.
