Shop with confidence with 30 Day Easy Returns! Shop LC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Return items within 30 days of receipt to take advantage of this policy. Not applicable to Clearance or Online Auction purchases.
Orders Past 30 Days
Items returned outside of 30 Day Easy Returns may be rejected by Shop LC or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Online Auction and Clearance Returns
All sales are final on items purchased through the Online Auction and Clearance sections of the website, and during any Clearance Event. Defective or damaged items purchased from these may be returned as normal.
Canadian customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, currency exchange fees or duties imposed by Canada Post or government agencies related to the original shipment. Shop LC will not be able to refund such charges on return of products.
Cosmetics and Hair Products
Certain aerosol and flammable products are considered hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation. They must be shipped by ground only, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Unopened cosmetic or hair products may be returned, following our normal return process. Use the label enclosed in your package, and attach the provided hazmat sticker to the outside of your package. How Do I Return Budget Pay items?
Follow standard returns as below. Once the return has been processed, the payment plan will be deactivated for that item. If the return is accepted, you will be refunded for posted payments. If the payment is due before the return is processed, the payment will be processed.
Shipping and Handling Reimbursement
Shipping and handling charges from your original order are nonrefundable, unless the item is determined to have a manufacturing defect by our Returns Department.
Can My Order be Exchanged for a Different Item?
No. Shop LC can only replace the exact same item or issue a refund.
What Do I Send?Items being returned should not have been subjected to undue stress, neglect, misuse, abuse, altered, or resized, in any way. Upon receipt Shop LC will inspect each return, reserving the right to reject items that have been subject to any of the above circumstances. Returned items must be complete, including all items Shop LC sent with the order, including the jewelry box, tag, and certification(s), if applicable.

Follow these steps for 30 Day Easy Returns:
|Complete the Return Instructions Form included with you original order.|
|Place all of the items you are returning and the complete form into an envelope strong enough to protect the items while in transit. Seal the package with packing tape. If you are including multiple invoices within one package, please separate items by invoice within the outer package.|
|Secure the shipping label (options below) to the outside of the package. Be sure to cover or remove any existing shipping labels on the package.|
|Retain a copy of your tracking number to track the status of your shipment.|
|Ship your return within 30 days of receipt of your order, using one of the options below:|
1. Fill in your return address in the blank space provided on the label.
2. Place the return label on top of your return package.
3. Drop the package in your mailbox or give it to your postal carrier or post office. A return label fee of $6.49 (up to 5.0lbs), $8.49 (5.01lbs- 10lbs) or $10.49 (10lb+) will be deducted from your refund amount. Label fees are determined by package weight.

If you are using the return shipping label provided by Shop LC, track your return at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input or by contacting Customer Service. Otherwise, use the information provided by your carrier when using your own return shipping label.
How Will I Get My Refund?
You may elect to receive the refund back to the original card used for the purchase, or you may elect to receive store credit that can be used for a future purchase. If store credit was used to make your purchase, then you will only receive store credit for your return. You will receive a refund for the full amount of your order, less return shipping label fees, shipping and handling fees, and/or restocking fees. Damaged or defective items are not charged the return label fee.
Refunds for Canadian Orders
The actual refund amount in Canadian dollars may vary depending upon the exchange rate used by your bank. Shop LC does not make adjustments due to currency exchange rates and issues the refund in US dollars only.
How Can I Check the Status of My Refund?
You will receive an auto-generated email to notify you that your refund has been processed. If an email address is not associated to your Shop LC account, you will receive a call with your refund confirmation. If the return has been rejected by the Returns Department, you will receive the product back and a rejection notice in the mail.
