If Your Order Can't Be Shipped
If your order cannot be shipped for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Notification of canceled orders will arrive to the customer email on file, or by phone if an email address is unavailable.
If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to incorrect pricing information or typographical error, Shop LC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Shop LC will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount charged.

Use the same billing and shipping address on each order from a single account for that day to qualify. Additional shipping charges may reflect on your invoice, but Shop LC will refund any difference past the flat shipping rate of $29.99.

You can track your packages quickly via text messaging with the United States Postal Service. Text 28777 your tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.
